Preparation for Session and Issue Input Create the Session Create Issues Create Reports
Look up data in the WINDOWS menu for data pertaining to the Session and Issue(s) or create the data if it does not exist:
  • Labels
  • Writers
  • Songs
  • Personnel
  • Instruments
From the WINDOWS menu select Sessions
  • Date
  • Venue
  • City
  • Label
  • Type of Performance
From the WINDOWS menu select Issue
  • Title of Issue
  • Catalog Number
  • Label
  • Artist
  • Format
  • Issue Date (optional)
From the WINDOWS menu:
Select Reports and pull down Session/Issues List...
  • Add the template data and Save for future use
  • Change/Edit the template as desired
  • Select the Report description and Generate the Report
Open the Report with your Browser to view it in a ready-for-print mode
  From the Sessions window:
Press the Performances button.
  • Select Song(s)
  • Track Time
  • Matrix Number
  • Master/Alternate
Close Session Performances window
From the Issues window:
Press theAdd Tracks item from the Options drop-down menu button.
  • Select the Performance associated with the Session
  • Add the Performance to the Issue
Close Performances on Issue window
 
  From the Sessions window:
Press the Performers button.
  • Select Personnel
  • Instrument
  • Assign Personnel to Performances
Close Session Performers window
