Ruppli shows date as May 28, 1962 but master numbers are much earlier than those of other May 28, 1962 Jazztet session, and in fact fit in with Spring 1961 master numbers.

Presence of Moncur would seem to indicate 1962, however.

Date: July 1, 1961

a.01Time  (Richie Powell)
b.02Junction  (Benny Golson)
c.03Django  (John Lewis)

Voice of America tapes held in the Library of Congress.

LOC gives date as July 1, 1961 while advertisements say July 2, 1961 (VV 6/1/61 p.7). Review in Down Beat (8/17/61 p.17) says Saturday night, which would have been July 1.

LOC entry names no trombonist, but it seems likely that one was present and this was probably McIntosh who was definitely playing with this exact lineup in May 1961.
